Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 July 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SELF tools application (the “Service”) provided by SELF TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. (“SELF”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service is an internal web application for SELF staff and youth workers to prepare proposals, session plans, reports, booklets, schedules, activity boards, and invoicing. It is intended for organisational use, not for the general public.
2. Accounts and eligibility
Accounts are created and assigned by SELF administrators. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You must be authorised by SELF to use the Service, and you must provide accurate information.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of SELF policy;
- access data or areas you are not authorised to access, or attempt to circumvent access controls;
- upload malicious code, or disrupt or overload the Service; or
- share or export data from the Service other than for legitimate SELF work purposes.
4. Content and data
Content you create or upload (documents, schedules, invoicing details, photos, and other work data) remains the property of SELF and the relevant partner organisations. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to enter and upload such content and that it is accurate. Handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (including Vercel, Supabase, Modal, Google, and Telegram). Your use of features that depend on those providers may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SELF will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
SELF may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, including where these Terms are breached or where access is no longer required. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
